A Beracah is stick built. It is just built indoors.
Every project is framed from the ground up, board by board, exactly as a site-built home. The difference is the roof over the crew while they do it.
Rain, humidity and hard freezes never touch your framing, sheathing or insulation. Materials arrive dry, get stored dry, and go into the house dry. Inspections happen at every station instead of once a week when someone can drive out. Then the finished sections leave Greenwood on our own trucks.
Beracah has been doing it this way in the same Greenwood plant since 2003, family owned the whole time.
Set day
Four moments carry a Beracah home from a factory bay in Greenwood to a finished house on your land. Customers are welcome at every one of them.
02/The lift
Off the carrier, into the air
Our transportation department delivers the completed sections to your property. A crane and an experienced set crew take it from there.
03/On the foundation
Your floor plan becomes a house
Sections are placed on the foundation and joined together in a single day. This is the part the neighbors come out to watch.
04/Finished on site
Field teams close it out
Beracah field teams handle siding, porches, garages, mechanical connections and flooring, then carry the home through final inspection and handoff.

Colors, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and electrical locations are selected with our design team at the Greenwood studio, then locked into the plans before your home is released for production.
